For some oral procedures, our dentists will need to have a CT Scan of your underlying bones and tissue in order to evaluate your needs. At our Encino Dental Practice, we can take your CT scan in our office. A CT Scan (computed tomography) is similar to an x-ray but gives a 3-dimensional view of the area being scanned, allowing our dentists and surgeons to more clearly understand your needs.
