Dr. Smiler grew up in southern California and graduated from Dental School in 1964. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Dentistry from Boston University, Graduate School of Dentistry. Following an internship and residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery in New York City he returned to California in 1969 to begin private practice.
